Your accounts can be accessed under Internet Account Access via personal computer. Internet Account Access will be available for your convenience 24 hours per day. This service may be interrupted for a short time each day for data processing. We reserve the right to refuse any transaction which would draw upon insufficient funds, exceed a credit limit, lower an account below a required balance, or otherwise require us to increase our required reserve on the account. We may set other limits on the amount of any transaction, and you will be notified of those limits. We may refuse to honor any transaction for which you do not have sufficient available verified funds. The service will discontinue if no transaction is entered after numerous unsuccessful attempts to enter a transaction and there may be limits on the duration of each access.

The following limitations on Internet Account Access transactions may apply:

There is no limit to the number of inquiries, transfers, or withdrawal requests you may make in any one (1) day.

The maximum transfer amount may not exceed the available funds in your account.

ACH Payment Transfers

I hereby authorize R.I.A. Federal Credit Union, to electronically debit my checking account designated above (and if necessary, to electronically credit my account to correct erroneous debits) at the institution listed above ("Other Financial Institution or Other FI"), in order to make a payment on my R.I.A. Federal Credit Union loan as specified above.

I understand that the following terms apply to this authorization:

My account at the Other Financial Institution will be debited (charged) and funds will be credited to my R.I.A. Federal Credit Union loan. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to insure that sufficient funds are on deposit in my account at the other financial institution on my loan payment scheduled date to make the payment as scheduled. In the event that funds are not available in my account at the other financial institution and the entry is returned, R.I.A. Federal Credit Union will impose a return fee and it is my responsibility to re-initiate the transaction or make a payment by other means. • If the due date for my transfer falls on a weekend or a holiday, my transaction will occur the next business day. • I understand that payments scheduled for the same day or next day may still take 2-3 business days to process and anything submitted after 11:00 am will begin processing the next day.

R.I.A. Federal Credit Union is relying on the information I entered above. If the information is incorrect, the debit may be returned, which could result in my payment being late. I understand that this ACH transaction must comply with all applicable law. This authorization will remain in effect unless/or until I notify R.I.A. Federal Credit Union that I have revoked it. Notice must be given by completing the "change or cancel transaction" in the Online Payment section of the online banking service at least three (3) days before the effective date of the payment. I can also stop payment by notifying the financial institution that holds the account from which payment will be debited.

If any payment is rejected or is reversed for any reason, that payment will be reversed on my loan and I will be responsible for making payment to the credit union separately. A late fee may be assessed if payment is not made within 10 day grace period.

Biometrics – Mobile Banking

R.I.A. Federal Credit Union may provide access to your accounts and Services through the use of fingerprints or other biometrics. You may elect to the use of such biometrics, and, if so, will cooperate with R.I.A. Federal Credit Union in implementing any new technology. Biometric technologies may be used for authentication of your identity. A biometric identifier measures an individual's unique physical characteristics and compares it to a stored digital template for authentication. A physical characteristic can be a thumbprint, fingerprint, facial recognition or iris pattern. A biometric identifier can be one of several methods used to access the Services.

Fingerprint authentication technology software (e.g. Touch ID, a service provided by Apple IOS), allows you to use your fingerprint to login to your Access Device securely instead of entering your user id and password. When this software authenticates a fingerprint registered to your Access Device, a secure token is exchanged with the R.I.A. Federal Credit Union mobile application to permit access – R.I.A. Federal Credit Union never receives or sees your fingerprint information. Your user id and password will not be stored on your Access Device. For more information on how your software provider protects your fingerprint, please see your provider's Privacy Policy and security guides.

Fingerprint authentication technology software can be disabled through the Settings Menu in the R.I.A. Federal Credit Union mobile application.

Important notice on biometrics: When you enable biometric access, every person with a recognized fingerprint may access your accounts, view your information, conduct transactions on your behalf, and has your authority to engage in these activities. Use of biometrics may expand the number of persons who have access to your account regardless of the signers listed on your account agreement with us.

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT ANY INDIVIDUAL(S) WITH ACCESS TO YOUR DEVICE(S) AND SERVICE(S) HAVE APPROPRIATE PERMISSION AND AUTHORITY TO CONDUCT FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS ON YOUR ACCOUNT(S). R.I.A. FEDERAL CREDIT UNION HAS NO RESPONSIBILTY TO VERIFY THE AUTHORIZATION OF EACH BIOMETRIC USER AND IT IS ASSUMED THAT EACH HAS AUTHORITY TO CONDUCT TRANSACTIONS ON YOUR ACCOUNTS. FURTHER, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT NO UNAUTHORIZED MODIFICATIONS TO YOUR ACCESS DEVICE SOFTWARE OCCUR, AS THESE MODIFICATIONS CAN CAUSE SECURITY VULNERABILITIES.
